David Rowell, Principal Broker of the Peter Watson Agency, has been associated with the agency since 1987. During his 22+ years he has sold hundreds of properties throughout northern Vermont. A former dairy farmer, David has a special appreciation for the land. He is a born and bred Craftsbury resident where he and his wife raise their 3 daughters. Barb Paterson is a Realtor and our rental agent. She resides in Craftsbury, on the Paterson Family homestead with her husband, Jim Whitby. Barb returned home after many years of teaching and living in Burlington, Vt. She brings over 30 years of property rental experience to the agency and lots of personal experience buying and selling homes. Barb is very involved in her community currently serving on many boards including The Craftsbury Public Library, Craftsbury Board of Listers, Craftsbury Historical Society and The East Craftsbury Cemetery Association. John Akin, Broker. John has been with the Watson Agency since 1972, first as a sales associate and then as a broker and a Realtor. He has listed or sold properties in more than 50 towns throughout northern Vermont. John’s involvement in community affairs has included the Greensboro Planning Commission, Center for Northern Studies and the Craftsbury Chamber Players. He enjoys skiing, sailing, tennis and fishing. John lives with his wife of 28 years and two West Highland Terriers.
