David Rowell, Principal Broker of the Peter Watson Agency, has been associated with the agency since 1987. During his 24+ years he has sold hundreds of properties throughout northern Vermont. A former dairy farmer, David has a special appreciation for the land. He is a born and bred Craftsbury resident where he and his wife raised their 3 daughters. He is also a licensed auctioneer and offers this option in selling real estate as well. Call or e-mail David with your requests in land, home, waterfront and commercial transactions.

Barb Paterson, Realtor and our rental agent. Barb resides in Craftsbury, on the Paterson Family homestead with her husband, Jim Whitby. Barb returned home after many years of teaching and living in Burlington, Vt. She brings over 30 years of property rental experience to the agency and lots of personal experience buying and selling homes. Barb is very involved in her community currently serving on many boards including The Craftsbury Public Library, Craftsbury Board of Listers, Craftsbury Historical Society and The East Craftsbury Cemetery Association. She also volunteers her time freely to various community organizations. Barb looks forward to working with you.

Annie Rowell, Realtor. Annie joined our team in May 2010 after returning from Washington DC working for Senator Patrick Leahy. She graduated from Middlebury College in May 2011, where she majored in Political Science and was a member of the Middlebury Women’s Soccer and Track teams. Daughter of David Rowell, Annie was born and raised in Craftsbury. In addition to her work in real estate, she works at the Vermont Food Venture Center in Hardwick, Vermont, working to increase local access to locally grown food. She has worked and volunteered for many local businesses and organizations including VT Soy, VT Natural Coatings, and The Craftsbury Chamber Players. She cares greatly about the Vermont community and is active in the regional Vermont Real Estate market.

Hester Fuller, Realtor. Hester first came to our area with her family as a kid in 1969. Born and brought up in greater Boston, she had the good sense to choose Craftsbury as her permanent home more than 20 years ago. A radio producer by inclination and an educator by training, her career includes broadcasting with Radio Vermont, and faculty and administrative posts in the Vermont State College system. She loves to spend time on Vermont’s lakes and in the woods with her dog, but her favorite winter sport is reading.
